Searching Bond County Court Records Online

This means you can request any Bond County court file without explaining your reason. The clerk cannot deny access to public records simply because you are not a party to the case.
There are exceptions. Juvenile case records, adoption files, sealed records, and expunged records are not public. If a judge ordered a file sealed for any reason, it is not available through a public records request. The Privacy of Adult Victims Act (725 ILCS 191/10) also limits disclosure of certain victim information in criminal cases.
